The Austin Venture Association booked a private chartered boat on Town Lake for March 12 from 6:30pm-9pm. The Investor Reception, During SXSW
Austin Venture Association organized one of the most popular events during SXSW. The Investor Reception was a gathering of the greater venture community on the evening of March 12, at OJO Labs’ upscale office space with stunning balcony views of the downtown skyline. “Austin Next” podcast host, Jason Scharf, mentioned it was “the best event by far”. We featured live minting of NFTs, a delivery robot, drone footage, and the hottest local CPG startups. Read more here.
Exclusive Access: Tesla’s Grand Opening
We provided investors the opportunity for a sneak peak of Tesla’s Giga Texas factory a day before the grand opening event on April 7, 2022 and access on the day of the Cyber Rodeo. This event was not open to the public or the media, and few Austin investors received invitations to attend. This was an incredible experience and unique chance to make history with friends and early supporters of the Austin Venture Association. Read more here.
